Let's Get #HealthyMom Strong and Flip Your Metabolism Switch!
Developing a healthy lifestyle is hard. But, if there is one thing I have learned...it is easier with a support system! If you are spinning your wheels thinking that you are doing everything right but getting nowhere... then you are in the right place! I am so pumped up and excited about this challenge! I will be going live within my private Fit and Happy Mom Survival Group Facebook community every day for 5 days beginning next Monday, March 20th with content that is guaranteed to kick start your fitness efforts, help you learn how to flip your metabolism switch, and get you motivated to reach your goals! Each day I will provide you with a nutrition or fitness related challenge and if you complete it - you will be that much closer to reaching your health and fitness goals! 2. Physical Fitness
Here's what we will cover each day:
Day 1: The importance of nutrition. We will discuss the right foods in the right portions (as well as what foods to avoid) that you should be feeding your body to turn it into a fat burning machine!
Day 2: We will discuss what exercise strategies make the perfect workout schedule -- strength training, cardio, interval, HIITs, stretching, targeted ab or leg/glute work, etc.
Day3: Mindset Overhaul - the importance of finding and remembering your why and digging deep to find that self-confidence that is absolutely necessary for success!
Day 4: We will discuss common myths about nutrition, exercise, and metabolism. For example, if you think that you need to eat less and exercise more... you are dead WRONG!
Day 5: I bring it all together and provide you with a solution that combines everything we discussed into an easy to follow program guaranteed to bring you results that you can stick with long-term!
By the end of the week, it is my goal to help you find a fitness program that fits your busy lifestyle, help you develop a meal plan that is easy, convenient, and family friendly, and provide the accountability and support that you need to stick with it long-term! We all know the old saying, "If Momma ain't happy, nobody's happy!" Well, you should really think of it as, "If Momma ain't healthy, nothing gets done!!" You are the backbone of your family and as such, you have to take of yourself! You can't pour from an empty cup..... Just as you can't take care of your family unless you take care of yourself first! I can provide you with the tools that you need to turn EXCUSES into RESULTS!!
